Our Story

Pita Chik is founded by two brothers and Rochester natives John and Christopher. They have managed business nationwide and internationally. Christopher oversaw operations for a national franchise based in Atlanta GA for nearly a decade before returning home to Western New York. The Pita Chik menu was designed after John was diagnosed with cancer. It is our firm personal belief that lifestyle and diet have a tremendous impact on our health and well being.  Learn more about John's journey here.


Pita Chik is about Healthy Choices and Farm Fresh produce. Chicken sourced from farmers that humanely raise their birds and livestock with no added hormones or antibiotics. Greens that are selected for freshness and availability. Greens such as Red Hibiscus Leaves, Dandelion Greens, baby beet leaves, are all added to our hand select artisan greens when available and our mix changes with the season but the flavor remains outstanding.


We believe even fast food should be about Healthy Choices. We are committed to healthier food choices, better longer living today and tomorrow, and the eradication of disease through a clean environment and sustainable farm fresh foods.
